ACTING FOR KIDS PERFORMANCE- THIS WEEKEND!
We are excited to announce that our fantastic Acting for Kids class will be performing their full length piece ‘War and Cake’ this weekend!
Come and support our students as they perform this award-winning, hilarious, imaginative and witty one act comedy that deals with the realities and fantasies of young love and the chaos that ensues when Ares, mighty god of war, is challenged by Venus, goddess of human relationship resources, to bring two people together.
- When? This Saturday 6th September at 2:00pm
- Where? The Space Skydeck
- Tickets? Only $10 for adults and FREE for under 16s!

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Looking for something exciting to do this September/October School Holidays?
Our Kids Teens Youth SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM is happening again- we are back for 6 days of DANCING FUN!! Each day is packed full with an awesome selection of dance techniques, infused with drama, arts and creative games.
Week 1: Tuesday 23rd September, Wednesday 24th September, Thursday 25th September from 9am-4pm (performance daily at 3:30pm)!
Week 2: Tuesday 30th September, Wednesday 1st October, Thursday 2nd October from 9am-4pm (performance daily at 3:30pm)!
Age Groups: 4-5yrs / 6-7 yrs / 8-10 yrs / 11-16 yrs

END OF YEAR SHOW – SAVE THE DATE!
It’s time to mark those diaries and SAVE THE DATE for our much anticipated End of Year Showcase, ‘MOMENTS’!
This show will revolve around celebrating and exploring both the big and small moments that shape our lives. It will reflect on the idea of cherishing memories, whether they are personal milestones, moments of joy, or shared experiences that hold special meaning.
- Saturday 15th November– Newsies Junior (Musical Theatre Production)
- Sunday 30th November– End of Year Show Dress Rehearsal (excluding Kinder, Level 0, KDS & KGS classes)
- Saturday 6th December– Lil Groovers Show (Kinder, Level 0 & KGS classes), and Junior Shows (Level 1 and 2 classes)
- Sunday 7th December– Senior Shows (Level 3, 4, 5 & KDS classes)
TERM 3 DATES
Classes for Term 3 commenced on Monday 21st July, and will run through until Saturday 20th September inclusive.
Dates for all Kids Teens Youth (KTY) dance events are published and updated via our online calendar. Subscribe to our calendar HERE for an easy and convenient way to stay up to date, and never miss a day of dance!
BAND APP
With classes for Term 3 now in full swing, we kindly ask you to please download the Band App and join each class that your student is enrolled in, including any new classes that they have joined for Term 3 (a big thank you to all of those who have already done so!).
We use Band App as our main platform for communicating with parents and carers throughout the year. It allows us to share important updates, rehearsal notes, reminders, music tracks, and class videos all in one easy-to-access place.
By joining the Band App group for your child’s class, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be shared within this private group for teaching, rehearsal review, and class communication purposes.
These materials are strictly for educational use and must not be downloaded, reshared, or distributed outside the group without written permission from The Space.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in shared footage, please let us know in writing so we can accommodate this.
