The Space has 9 unique studio spaces available for any dance style, performance, rehearsal, dance class, workshop, theatre show and other events you have in mind. GENERAL FACILITIES
9 Dance Studios, Toilets, Kiosk, Wheelchair Access, Lounge Area, 2 Pianos & 1 Electric Keyboard

SOUND EQUIPMENT
All studios are equipped with sound systems.

LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
Additional charges for hire & technician to operate.

BOOKINGS
The Space requires payment at the time of booking to secure and confirm a booking.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
The Space has a 24 hour cancellation policy for general studio hire:

• Studio hires cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged at the full price.
• Studio hires cancelled with more than 24 but less than 48 hours are able to be credited for another booking or changed to an alternative available date
• Studio hires cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be changed to a later available date at no cost, be credited for use at a later date, or be refunded (bookings of more than 4 hours will incur a 10% administrative fee)
• Out of hours studio hire charges will only be refunded with 2 weeks notice of cancellation.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Event cancellation: Whether a booking is a “general studio hire” or an “event” is to be determined at the discretion of The Space

• Events cancelled with less than 14 days notice will forfeit all payments.
• Events cancelled with more than 14 days, but less than 28 days are able to be credited for another booking or changed to an alternative date.
• Events cancelled with more than 28 days notice can be changed to a later available date at no cost, be credited for use at a later date, or be partially refunded (a 10% administrative fee will be charged)
