TERM 4 DATES
Classes for Term 4 commenced on Monday 6th October, and will run through until Saturday 13th December inclusive.
Dates for all Kids Teens Youth (KTY) dance events are published and updated via our online calendar. Subscribe to our calendar HERE for an easy and convenient way to stay up to date, and never miss a day of dance!
TERM 4 ENROLLMENT
In order to make the enrollment process easier, we have already sent out a continuing enrollment invoice to all parents. If your child wishes to continue with the same dance classes for Term 4 as they did in Term 3, please kindly complete the payment prior to their first class.
Please note that Term 4 fees include a $45 per class Costume Levy. This will contribute to the sorting, distribution and laundering of costumes, to ensure that each child is feeling confident and looking fabulous at our upcoming End of Year Show!

GET ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS
Exciting news for KTY families – the Get Active Kids Voucher Program is back! Applications for Round 9 will open on Wednesday 15th October.
Eligible Victorian families with a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card can apply for up to $200 to support their child’s sport and active recreation activities- including their dance classes at The Space!
Get in quick as applications for a voucher will remain open until the allocation is exhausted. Mark your calendars and apply soon at www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers
BAND APP REMINDER
With preparations for our End of Year Show now well underway, we kindly ask you to please download the Band App and join each class that your student is enrolled in, including any new classes that they have joined for Term 4 (a big thank you to all of those who have already done so!).
We use Band App as our main platform for communicating with parents and carers throughout the year. It allows us to share important updates, rehearsal notes, reminders, music tracks, and class videos all in one easy-to-access place.
By joining the Band App group for your child’s class, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be shared within this private group for teaching, rehearsal review, and class communication purposes.
These materials are strictly for educational use and must not be downloaded, reshared, or distributed outside the group without written permission from The Space.
If you do not wish for your child to appear in shared footage, please let us know in writing so we can accommodate this.
END OF YEAR SHOW – SAVE THE DATE!
It’s time to mark those diaries and SAVE THE DATE for our much anticipated End of Year Showcase, ‘MOMENTS- DANCING THROUGH LIFE!’
This show will revolve around celebrating and exploring both the big and small moments that shape our lives. It will reflect on the idea of cherishing memories, whether they are personal milestones, moments of joy, or shared experiences that hold special meaning.
- Saturday 15th November– Newsies Junior (Musical Theatre Production)
- Sunday 30th November– End of Year Show Dress Rehearsal (excluding Kinder, Level 0, KDS & KGS classes)
- Saturday 6th December– Lil Groovers Show (Pre Kinder, Kinder, Level 0 & KGS classes)
- Saturday 6th December– Junior Shows (Levels 1 & 2 KTY, Levels 1-4 MT & A4K)
- Sunday 7th December– Senior Shows (Levels 3, 4 & 5 KTY, Levels 1-4 MT, A4K & KDS classes)
