Please choose carefully as The Space does not normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
No refunds are available for booked in classes and cancellations are not allowed with less than 4 hours notice. The Space will place a credit back onto your portal account for future use if you cancel more than 4 hours prior to the class you have booked into. No refunds/credits are given to for non-attendance.
On a case by case basis, at our discretion depending on circumstances, we may agree to extend the expiry date of class passes. Please email us directly with any extension requests.
Transactions:
All transactions are advertised and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All advertised prices are inclusive of GST.
