NEWSIES JR SHOWS- THIS WEEKEND!
Stop the Press! The Space Presents Disney’s Newsies JR!
Get ready for an action-packed musical adventure full of heart, friendship, and fun!
Our talented young performers are bringing the story of Jack Kelly and his band of newsies to life as they stand up for what’s right and show the power of working together. With catchy songs like “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” and “King of New York,” this show is bursting with energy and joy from start to finish.
Perfect for families, Newsies JR. will have you cheering, clapping, and even dancing along!
THIS SATURDAY 15th NOVEMBER!
Show #1 ➡️ 3:30 pm (finish by 5:00 pm)
Show #2 ➡️ 6:00 pm (finish by 7:30 pm)

END OF YEAR SHOW – TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets for our much anticipated KTY End of Year Showcase, ‘MOMENTS : DANCING THROUGH LIFE!’ will go on sale next Monday 17th November.
Pleasenote that we will be doing allocated seating for these shows, so make sure you get in early so you don’t miss out!
Tickets will be available for purchase on Monday 17th November via https://bookings.thespace.com.au/
- Saturday 6th December– 10:00am Lil Groovers Show
- Saturday 6th December– 12:30pm AND 3:30pm Junior Shows
- Sunday 7th December– 12:30pm AND 4:00pm Senior Shows
- All Junior Students will perform their routine/s in BOTH Junior Shows on Saturday 6th December.
- All Senior Students will perform their routine/s in BOTH Senior Shows on Sunday 7th December.
- This will provide students with the opportunity to experience the joy of performing twice, as well as allow for us to accommodate all audience members in our Skydeck theatre space.
- As a parent/guardian, you may choose to purchase a ticket to either one or both shows.
- In order to minimise disruptions to the show and demonstrate respect to our performers, we request that all audience members please remain seated for the entire duration of their chosen show/s.

A copy of the Dress Rehearsal and Show information specific to your child’s class has also been posted to the Band App for your reference. Please feel free reach out if you have any questions!
*If your student is going to miss a class, or cannot attend the Dress Rehearsal or Shows, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing kty@thespace.com.au!
VOLUNTEER CALL OUT – END OF YEAR SHOWCASE
Are you passionate about supporting your dancer? Have you always wanted to see how the magic happens backstage? Now is your chance!
We are looking for some wonderful volunteers to help out with costume sorting during our upcoming End of Year Shows.
Who? All dance parents/guardians are welcome- no experience required!
What? Helping teachers and other backstage staff to ensure the smooth return of costumes
When? 3:30pm Junior Showcase on Saturday 6th December and/or 4:00pm Senior Showcase on Sunday 7th December
Where? The Space Dance and Arts Centre, Theatre Room
Why? We would love to offer you one FREE TICKET to the 12:30pm Junior or Senior Show of your choice as a thank you for helping out!
Your involvement will make a world of difference in making these shows a success! We truly appreciate the support of our vibrant dance community!
