IMPORTANT dates, times and information for you to know before bringing your DANCER(S) & CREATIVE(S) to their SHOW!** NO CLASSES ON SATURDAY 18TH JUNE DUE TO SHOWCASES!
MID-YEAR SHOWCASE - SATURDAY 18th JUNE (Junior students)
JUNIORS (Level 1, 1-2 & 2 Classes)
x 2 Shows: 10:30am and 1:00pm

Sign In & Arrival Time |
Junior Level students are to be SIGNED IN by a parent/guardian on Level 2 in the RED ROOM between 9:30am - 9:45am Students MUST arrive WEARING THEIR FIRST COSTUME - CHECK SHOW RUNNING ORDER HERE ** Any student only performing in the first Showcase, must sign out. ** Any student only performing in the second Showcase (already communicated), must sign in between 12:15pm - 12:30pm |

Costumes & Props |
ALL CLASSES have received a COSTUME FORM and, unless absent, ALL STUDENTS would have received their costumes in a bag and details regarding what is to be brought from home too. ALL STUDENTS to have an outfit to wear for the FINALE (this ensures all the costuming supplied by The Space stays at the studio after the performances and is re-packed into the plastic bags provided). Any classes with PROPS, please ensure everything is packed that is required for the day. Please check in with your DANCER'S teacher(s) if you're unsure. |

HAIR NEAT AND A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF MAKE-UP. (Refer to Costume Form hand out for details) |

A WATER BOTTLE, EASY TO EAT LUNCH & SNACK & A BOOK OR QUIET GAME. (No sharing of food OR nuts. No juice or sticky drinks). NO PHONES ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BACKSTAGE. |

Parents to remain seated in the SKYDECK & students will be brought into the performance space to be collected by their parents at the end of the 2nd performance. ** Parent of students leaving after 1st Showcase (as already communicated), please wait in the SKYDECK and your child will be brought to you. |

Costumes |
ALL CLASSES have received a COSTUME FORM and, unless absent, ALL STUDENTS would have received their costumes in a bag OR in majority of cases, information regarding simple items from home to be worn. PLEASE chat with the teacher if you are unsure about any of these details. STUDENTS who have a costume supplied by The Space, please have packed an outfit for the FINALE (this ensures all the costuming supplied by The Space stays at the studio after the performance and is re-packed into the plastic bags provided).

FAQs for attendees:
STAGE DOOR (THE SKYDECK - TOP FLOOR) WILL BE OPEN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO EACH PERFORMANCE.
PLEASE MARK OFF YOUR NAME ON THE TICKET LIST IN THE RED ROOM (Level 2).
HEAD UPSTAIRS WHEN PERMITTED.
NB: If you arrive early and sign in, please assist us by heading back downstairs to wait
until the doors are open.
** ACCESS: There is a lift if wheelchair or pram access is required.
** Please inform us when purchasing tickets if we need to make space for a wheelchair in the audience.

Do your children love sport and getting active? Does your family or child have a Health Care Card or
Pensioner Concession Card? You may be eligible for up to $200 to put towards the cost of your child’s
participation in sport and active recreation activities.
The Get Active Kids Voucher Program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and
active recreation activities by providing financial support for the cost of membership and registration fees.
Eligible children may be able to receive up to $200 each.
Special consideration also applies for children residing in care services as well as temporary or
provisional visa holders, undocumented migrants or international students.
