Parent Notice - 2nd June 2021

Our 2021 Mid Year Showcase is coming up at the end of Term 2 and WE ARE EXCITED!

A LITTLE UPDATE:

Hi All WONDERFUL K.T.Y DANCE Families!

Yes, we may be in lockdown again this week, however... we are looking ahead and

keeping your fabulous dancers on their toes and offering their classes on ZOOM again for the coming week with the same link previously provided.

The teachers are working toward the Showcase performance and would love to see their smiling faces!

THE REHEARSAL DAY - will now be held on SUNDAY, JUNE 13TH

All of the details will remain the same as per the previous rehearsal scheduled.

Please refer to the individual Junior and Senior Showcase Booklets for these details - (originally scheduled for June 6th).

COSTUMES:

These were to be handed out this week. As this is now not possible, we shall do our best to have them all handed out on the newly scheduled rehearsal day - Sunday, June 13th.

Please have your dancer wear their Finale costume to and from The Space on this day and bring any costuming that you have been told to provide from home.

We understand that this will be a 'do our best on the day and under the circumstances situation'!

** PLEASE NOTE: If we are unable to have our rehearsal on the 13th due to restrictions, we shall have a run through for the students on the day of their performances. NEW TIMES WILL BE POSTED FOR PERFORMANCE DAYS TO ALLOW FOR THIS IF REQUIRED.

Our main objective is for our fabulous students, your dancers, to have an opportunity to perform! If the routines are not exactly how we hoped they would be for the Showcase, it's really not our concern. The students happiness, well-being and allowing them to continue enjoying their dancing is of our utmost priority!

We shall continue our ZOOM classes with the same link already provided from our previous week. The teachers look forward to seeing the students online, rehearsing their routines. If you have any questions regarding costuming, please ask your teacher during your ZOOM classes.
