Parent Notice - 7th November 2020

Hi Everyone,

We are soooo excited to be returning to In-Studio Classes on Monday (9th Nov)! We can't wait to see and hear The Space come to life again with music and dancing and smiles and footsteps and laughter and the joy of dance!

We are also terribly excited by the run of zero covid cases in Melbourne. It's certainly eased our anxiety about returning and hope it has eased yours too.

We will of course be operating within the constraints of current restrictions and our Covid Safe plan; and limiting to density and maximum number quotas. This does mean that:

• where possible, parents are not to come upstairs - we will have a staff member downstairs supervising student drop off and pick up.
• there are restrictions on the number of classes we can run, and number of students per class, but that we expect these will ease over the coming weeks.
• teachers and older students are required to wear masks at all times other than during strenuous physical exercise or where communication is compromised.
• there will be less close up and hands on corrections by teachers - students and will need to maintain social distance requirements wherever possible.

Enrolments

We know that online classes have not suited everyone, but now that we're back in studio, everyone's welcome back! Enrolments are open on our website here. The fees have been reduced by the number of weeks into the term the enrolment is made.

NB Class numbers are limited due to Covid restrictions so we will accept enrolments on a first come, first save basis

Monday - Thursday Classes

All weekday classes are now confirmed to be returning to the studio.

Saturday Classes

Due to the large number of classes on a Saturday, these classes as of today are still in limbo because of the current restrictions. Stay tuned following tomorrow's announcements from Dan Andrews as to whether we will have capacity to return Saturday classes to the studio next week.

• Masks for over 12 year olds
