What to Wear

We encourage people to be themselves. High cut leotards, bright colours, leg warmers, booty shorts are just as welcome as leggings and tracksuits. Runners or Jazz Shoes are appropriate.

Enjoy the amazing beats of house music and let loose! This House Dance class mixes sweaty fun, freestyle vibes, footwork and grooves while breaking down the theory behind the movement, rhythm and club culture that created House. Party at the end, fun vibes!!

Loose-fitting track or cargo pants, comfortable tops (t-shirts, singlets, hoodies) and sneakers

80s Fit

Get your 80s gear on and sweat it out as we take a tour through classic 80s tracks and moves. Guaranteed to put a smile on your dial and a spring in your step as we retro it all the way back to the 80s. We add new routines every few weeks, giving you the chance to bust out familiar moves to familiar tracks each week!

Lil Ballerinas

Lil Ballerinas is ideal for young kids aged 2-4 years who are looking to explore the world of dance for the first time. Students will be taught coordination, rhythm & listening skills through games, song & simple creative tasks. Students will also start to learn the foundations of basic ballet technique in a fun and encouraging environment

Lil Movers

Lil Movers is ideal for young kids aged 2-4 years who are looking to explore the world of dance for the first time. Students will be taught coordination, rhythm & listening skills through games, song & simple creative tasks. Students will also start to learn the foundations of basic jazz technique in a fun and encouraging environment

Tap

Using metal plates on the bottom of the shoe, Tap dance aims to create unique rhythmic patterns and step formations, acting as its own form of percussion. Tap is excellent for improving balance and working the intrinsic muscles of the foot, as well as improving basic functions like musicality, coordination, ankle mobility and performance quality.
